Automatic PCD cutting insert grinding machine
BT-150D automatic PCD cutting insert grinding machine is made of grinding wheel oscillation axis(X-axis), grinding wheel tilt angle axis (B-axis), rotation axis in the horizontal plane(C-axis), working piece feeding axis(Y-axis). working piece feeding axis(Y-axis) is equipped with raster rule, and the closed loop position feedback is used to ensure the precision of micron level grinding. The tool grinder is reliable in performance and it is suitable for massive production of carbide inserts, PCD and CBN inserts. Once centering is finished, grinding will be done automatically, realizing constant pressure grinding and flexible feed. The even consumption of grinding wheel can be measured and compensated by the system, so production with long cycle time can be achieved.
I. Features:
1. Mechanical Structure: The base of machine is made of solid casting with high quality. It can meet grinding requirements of any hard material. The machine has a grinding fluid shield to ensure that the grinding fluid does not splash everywhere. The optical component and CCD camera are properly protected from splash by metal cover. The machine is equipped with lights and the bedside lamp inside. Cross work table is adopted with precision guide rail and two screw tightening device. This eliminates the gap, can withstand greater grinding resistance without cutter back-off.
2. Grinding Spindle: With high precision and frequency control speed, the spindle power is 3Kw, max speed is 3000r/min. The inner of spindle is cooled by recycling water. The radial run-out is 0.002mm and axial run-out is 0.003mm.
3. Machine tool guide way: The guide way with high precision roller greatly enhances the rigidity, precision and durability of the machine.
4. Grinding software: our company developed the grinding software and can set various kinds of grinding parameters managed by database system.
5. Reciprocal pendulum mechanism of grinding head: The grinding head swing is driven by the servo motor, and the oscillation frequency in 0-50 / min, adjustable swing between 0 to 120 mm. The grinding wheel is with uniform consumption and timely self sharpening, ensure the grinding precision and roughness. The grinding wheel oscillation is controlled by CNC program and move very smoothly with speed optimization. Oscillation length, position and frequency can be set in the program;
6. Angle encoder: after cutting tool detection, it can accurately restore the grinding position of the cutter, and avoid multiple grinding tool does not reset, digital encoder angle resolution is up to 1'.
7. Grinding wheel spindle radial locking technology: the technology makes the two arc guide rail hold tight in concave and convex, with the spring of the elastic compression, adjusting angle automatically in the control panel through the motor. The utility model has the advantages of no clearance and smooth contact, and greatly improves the rigidity of the equipment.
8. Fixture: this machine is equipped with positioning fixture. It need not to adjust the CCD camera position in the grinding of different thickness tool. So the work efficiency is improved.
9. Lubrication system: intermittent automatic lubrication system, users can set time and intermittent for oil, ensure the service life of the screw.
10. Online Measurement: The tool can be measured before, during or after the grinding so that the grinding wheel consumption can be compensated and the grinding accuracy can be guaranteed. The measurement can be scheduled in the software interface.
11. Online Wheel dressing: The end of the grinding can be dressed and cleaned automatically during the grinding with compressed air. The wheel dressing can be arranged in the software interface.
12. With close study of the grinding process, AE (Acoustic Emission) device can also be adapted into the machine as optional so that accuracy, efficiency, safety can be reached.
II. Technical Breakthrough
1. Humanized software interface: the software can display images and CNC axes coordinates and calibration hair-cross on the computer. At the same time, the software servers as interface of CNC system. The grinding wheel parameters, tool parameters and machining parameters can be edited and modified on the interface.
2. No vertical axis: vertical shaft lifting is not necessary because of height adjusting fixture on the workbench, greatly enhances the stability and rigid of the equipment.
3. Automatic grinding: the machine can feed automatically grinding after setting the basic parameters. Reduce grinding difficulty, reduce labor intensity, and can keep long time automatic production.
