1. Mechanical structure of the machine tool: the machine tool bed body (base)
adopts high-quality integral casting, and the main components weight of 1.6

2. Electric spindle of machine: grinding head adopts high-precision frequency
conversion and speed regulating electric spindle, adopts circulating water
cooling, grinding head spindle rotation accuracy: end jump: 0.002 mm; radial

3. Pneumatic feed mechanism: the machine tool adopts the "constant pressure
grinding" technology, that is, in the tool grinding process, the tool always bears
a constant air pressure, so that the grinding process is balanced and stable,

4. Auxiliary work: the tool approaches the grinding wheel, and the tool returns
to the loading position after grinding. These two actions are fast forward and

5. Grinding head reciprocating servo swing: the servo motor realizes the

grinding wheel elevation (which determines the rear corner of the tool) does
