1.DM series five axis CNC tool grinder is a CNC tool
production machine developed for full grinding tools. The
machine tool is a five axis five linkage machine tool, in which
X, Y and Z are linear servo axes, and A and C are rotation axes.

milling cutter, drill, reamer, non-standard cutter, forming

The program transmission between CNC and PC can be realized
through Ethernet interface and USB2.0, and the productivity can
be greatly improved by one key startup with the shortest
processing preparation time.
2.It is equipped with 3D simulation software to display the
necessary parameters of tool processing in a dialog box. After
the parameters are input, the tool simulation can display the
3D graphics of the tool and the grinding steps of the machine
tool. (Distinguish each grinding step with different colors)
Use the anti-collision function of the software to avoid
collision in the actual processing.5
3.The corresponding software module can be used to process
various kinds of tools. Through the probe, the cycle
measurement of the workpiece and the compensation of tool wear
can be realized automatically, which can not only produce tools
but also repair them.
4.Heavy duty design, high power, gantry closed structure,
good rigidity, high strength and stability.
5.The original imported screw rod, guide rail, A-axis C-axis
and key components ensure high accuracy, high sensitivity and
good stability.
6.The rotary shaft is equipped with finished high-precision
